Dallen O. Miner, President of Capability Consulting
Dallen Miner has consulted with Fortune 50 CEO’s, Executive Leadership and International Management teams in the United States, Canada, South America, and Europe. His “bottom-line” business focused approach, provides a systemic method for organizations and teams to evaluate the effectiveness of their strategy, process and desired business results. Dallen has demonstrated that by effectively partnering with leadership and key stakeholders, an organization can improve focus, meet quality targets and eliminate redundancy. One such initiative, that Dallen led, resulted in a business unit saving $14 million dollars annually.
An advocate of using “best in class” practices, Dallen has participated in ongoing research projects with such organizations as The Center for the Study of Work Teams, and Washington University, in St. Louis. His work has resulted in numerous presentations and several published articles, included in the Team Performance Management Journal, Center for the Study of Work teams, Annual Conference Proceedings, and Conference on Management of Engineering and Technology. Dallen is a member of the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA), and has over fifteen-years practical experience. He has a Masters Degree in Organizational Behavior, and has completed additional studies in foreign language and European Cultural Studies at the University of Freiburg/Göethe Institute, in Freiburg Germany.
Dallen’s clients include such notable and respected companies as: Royal Dutch Shell, Envision Radiology, BP-Amoco, Intel Corporation, Halliburton, and Novell Corporation. Dallen has also consulted with family owned and start-up entrepreneurial business groups in the Medical and private sectors. Additionally, he is currently consulting with several medical and Radiology groups in Colorado, Texas and Oklahoma.
