With competitive pressures ever increasing, and the proven need for effective leaders and managers, we believe coaching is a critical component of maximizing human capability as well as capitalizing on employee ROI (Return on Investment).
Recent Research illustrates the need to improve the relationship between leader/manager and the employee as a major predictor of retention (The Gallup Organization, 1999).
We provide one-on-one, confidential coaching for professionals and executives. Leadership sets the tone and influences the culture. Therefore, to enhance organizational performance, organizational capability and results, leaders must “walk the talk” (and deal with those who don't) and deal with difficult people and situations. Coaching provides a means to have a sounding board, to strategize your personal development, to have a reserve of time, energy and money, to experience fulfillment and success.
Our process of coaching involves looking at results and behavior. Effective coaching includes identifying behaviors (culture and habits) that interfere with organization capability; Our facilitator and the executive (or leader / supervisor) then identify and develop alternative ways of operating, and write an action plan for incorporating those new behaviors in the workplace. Included in this step is the critical nature of monitoring or measurement.
The outcome of the executive coaching process is insight and understanding of oneself; clarification of values, aspirations, and options. Leadership practices are also included as skills are taught and changes are made.
