Organization Analysis:

The most effective means to make change or utilize time effectively, is to first start with an organization analysis or “Capability Assessment.”
We customize a quantitative and qualitative approach to diagnose what is working and what key issues need to be changed within your organization or office. We employ a strategy of analysis to measure the effectiveness of your goals, vision and strategy; the core work processes (and how well they are measured). How defined are your roles and responsibilities? How strong is your leadership and the overall effectiveness of your employees? and Are your reward systems effective and working? The answers to these questions and others create a “snap-shot” of your culture and organization alignment.
